Pensacola Glass

I ordered 2 sheets of custom cut glass. They had my materials ready next business day and the price felt fair. Thanks

Just replaced the glass in our French doors. Several people told us we needed to replace both doors. Took a chance and called Pensacola Glass and asked if they could come out and give us an estimate for just the glass. They couldn’t have been more helpful. The guy who came out (I can’t remember his name) was so nice and knowledgeable. Denise in the office jumped through hoops to accommodate our schedule and get the job done!!! Couldn’t be more pleased! Super excited to get some of our windows replaced next.

The customer service sucks. They schedule service appointments then don't bother with the vehicle til the customer calls and then realize " when was that schedule?". The tech needed to do the work wasn't even scheduled to work this week. Then the service tech didn't know how to use the computer. Now my vehicle has codes that didn't exist before it was taken to pensacola glass. I'm hoping that I get my vehicle fixed because I don't know what they did to it in the very short period time they had their hands on it.

Great service! They went above and beyond to get us a very long glass table top delivered to the third floor through a super narrow staircase. Big thank you to Jonathan and the whole team for getting creative, being committed and determined in getting the job done.

Had glass custom cut to fit my new coffee table. Polished edge. They nailed the cut and polish. Great work. I fabricated clips for the glass with my 3d printer that match the table. It looks awesome! Thank you for the excellent work
